I got trouble with it. Making a skin base on others skin is ok with me, but It makes me feel uncomfortable.
Please help me to coding it, I mean which codes I need to make a tt skin ? Are there any rules ?
I've checked lot of skins, they're usually like this :

I've copied this code to make my own skin, i have top.png, top-left.png, ... everypart a tt skin needed. I copy it to my skin folder, try to apply it but it's not working. So sorry for my bad-english :[
